For this reason, we take the utmost care with your packages to ensure that your purchase is properly delivered and you receive shipment on time.  Please make sure your address is fully entered correct while you are processing your purchase on our website. Make sure address numbers are entered correctly. Use correct abbreviations. Have spaces inserted properly. We do not take responsibility for incorrect information entered as shipping address in our system.
  • Please note that all estimated shipping times are provided after your order is shipped.  If for any reason you item is not deliverable and is returned to us, you will be issued a STORE CREDIT for the purchase price of the items EXCLUDING the shipping fee. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped you will be charged the standard shipping rate to reship the item.
  • In stock items are estimated to take 5 to 7 business days for delivery with standard shipping.
  • Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.Stolen or missing packages marked as delivered are not eligible for an exchange or refund. Please make sure your delivery address is correct and reliable.  Make sure to retrieve your items immediately to avoid stealing at your destination.
  • It is highly recommend signing up for SMS updates on the USPS website to get text notifications for any updates on your package.
  • Packages lost in transit are not eligible for an exchange or refund. This will need to be taken up with shipping company customer chosen at shipping  in charge of delivering your package.
  • UPS, FedEx and DHL do not deliver to PO Boxes. Only USPS deliver to PO Boxes within the USA.
  • Mo’NifeRe and Mo’NifeRe Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
  • International buyers are responsible for any customs or duty fees incurred in your destination.  Mo’NifeRe Boutique is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
  • Orders ship via DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, USPS Priority Mail International or USPS First Class International – Arrival within 1-8 weeks. Customs and receiving postal processing times will vary. Once your package leaves the USA, we have no way of tracking the parcel. Parcels will need to be track with the shipping company with tracking number provided by shipping company to you.
  •  Once your order is shipped you will receive a email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number. Please make sure you leave your email address for the order and shipping confirmation. If for some reason we are experiencing delays in shipping, a notification will be sent out via email or SMS.
  • If you refuse a package because of customs fees and taxes, the cost of your purchase will be used to ship the items back to us or we will instruct the shipping carrier to abandon the package and they will be no store credit issued. If the shipping courier returns the package  back to us , the shipping charges will be deducted from your store credit including the original shipping fees.
